Monarch Visitation Services Process:

We operate under California Rules of Court Standard 5.20 


The following are our step by step process:

Step 1: Schedule an Orientation Interview by calling us  (858) 255-1014


Step 2: Email the following documents to MonarchVisitationServices@gmail.com before the Orientation time.

  • The Court Order
  • A form of valid state I.D. or Driver’s License
  • Valid car insurance if transporting child
  • Any restraining order or no contact order
  • Phone of the child


Step 3: Orientation (intake) interview

This face to face meeting is mandatory, to meet and interview each parent separately at different time, in a public settings, like a coffee house. Monarch Visitation Services, collects key information during the orientation process to increase safety, eliminate confusion. This intake process in mandated as well as essential component of supervised visitation.  The goal on orientation interview with each parent is to have open communication to collect detailed relevant information about the case and each family.


  • Set up a visitation schedule
  • Review the visitation guidelines set forth by your court order
  • Complete the Monarch Visitation Service Agreement
  • Review the fees and method of payment
  • Safety and security measures
  • Program conditions and guidelines
  • Hours of operation
  • Reasons for interrupting or ending a visit
  • Termination process
  • Help you plan your first visit


Step4: The Visit

Actively report will be maintained to include but not limited to the following information:

  • Date and time of the visit
  • Duration of the visit
  • All child-parent contact
  • Mood of the parent and the child
  • Activates during the visit
  • How the visit ends
